First Book 2020
PhotoBucket was down, guys! You might have noticed since every blinking image on my blog was “unavailable” for over a week!
Until I googled my problem, I’d been trying for three days to get my First Book photo to upload to my PhotoBucket account, so I missed getting this post up in time to join in with Sheila (again!)
ANYWAY – my first book this year was to be Marina Endicott’s The Difference. As with last year’s book, it’s by a Canadian author and I hope that sets the tone for me to keep including lots of Canadian writing in my 2020 reading list. I say ‘was to be’ because I’m not quite finished the Penelope Lively novel I started on December 31st. (blush) Endicott is next.
What are you reading first this year?

I have read one Marina Endicott book, which I liked a lot, and I hope you will tell us what you think of this book.
I’m going to try to post more book thoughts this year, Tracy, so maybe I will. 😉
Happy New Year! I hope you enjoy your first book… I’ve decided to start with a classic.
I’ve not read a lot of classics in the past few years, JoAnn. I think I should probably try to include a few in my reading diet
